How do I place an order on MyDiamond.PH?
Ordering on MyDiamond.PH is easy. Once you have chosen the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Bag” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until your payment have been verified either by Paypal or until you have received the email that the bank deposit has been credited to our account.
What payment methods does MyDiamond.PH accept?
MyDiamond.PH currently accepts all major credit cards via Paypal or direct Bank Deposit of either Banco De Oro (BDO) or Bank for the Philippines Islands (BPI).
How do I get my order?
We have taken precautions in our workshops and back-end in line with local health authorities and government guidelines to protect our customers and employees. As a result, you may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order. Once you have fulfilled the payment, you can expect a maximum of five (5) working days for the delivery of your purchase.
We are providing complimentary shipping and delivery for online orders. We only accept orders for delivery to addresses within Metro Manila.
Does My Diamond offer resizing?

MyDiamond.PH features a limited but extensive collection of My Diamond jewelry for online shopping. We continually add to our online merchandise offerings.
